Who is the program for?
The program is open to RIM employees as well as anyone in RIM's extended network of partners, clients, and vendors.
If you're interested in developing yourself and supporting the development of the women around you, you're welcome to join us at any event!
What does the program include?
Quarterly programming designed to support connection and growth, including:
- Professional development and training workshops
- Guest speakers & industry panels
- Small group break-out activities that focus on education, and connection
- Networking events
- Mentorship opportunities
- Community involvement within our different networks and locations
Why we started this program
We created the program to give participants a space to support and advocate for each other through education, mentorship, and genuine connection. It's grown into a way to build relationships and strategic partnerships, support DEI initiatives, and help develop the next generation of supply chain leaders.
