This condition is typically set 12hrs following the setting of <strong>YANKEE<\/strong>, but may be either delayed or moved ahead pending actual storm speed and subject to storm path. HR NOTESUS Navy sortie of about 20-30 vessels may begin AM\/04-Sept and subject to storm path\/speed their return may be during the upcoming weekend.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Terminal Ops Status: <strong>OPEN<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Marine Ops Status: <strong>OPEN<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rail Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of 11:00 am this morning, Hurricane Dorian was located 95 miles ENE of Daytona Beach, with sustained winds of 105 MPH. \u00a0Dorian is expected to move parallel to Florida\u2019s and Georgia&#8217;s coasts through tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Projections are that Dorian will move close or make landfall over the coasts of South and North Carolina Thursday &#8211; Friday.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The rail embargo for cargo destined to both Charleston and Savannah remains in effect until the storm passes. All rail ramps in both ports remain closed.<\/li>\n<li>The Florida East Coast Railroad may resume operations tomorrow.
