The below is an update to RIM’s 8/26 Customer Advisory, “Reminder Section 301 Exclusions Expiring August 31st, 2025.”

The Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) announced today, August 28th, the extension of exclusions in the Section 301 Investigation of China’s Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation. The exclusions were previously scheduled to expire on August 31st. The exclusions have now been extended through November 29th, 2025.
